CANCELLATIONS- 1 HOUR GRACE PERIOD I can only cancel your order if you contact me within 1 hour of placing the order! . If you contact me After 1 hour of placing your order I cannot cancel it . please make sure once you place an order it's a final decision to avoid any hassles!

PAINTINGS DESIGN- Please do not send me another artist work and ask me to copy their work. My style might not be the same as theirs. I have lots of styles to choose from that are personal from me! I can also always create something from my imagination into paintings. I do not copy other artist out of respect and also want to avoid any legal problems.
REVISIONS
If placing an order through text where I have direct communication, I provide 3 or more updates of the progress of painting! I allow 2 revisions at no cost. that is if you want to add one more thing, change the color of something, or add text etc.. any additional revisions after those 2 will result in a 5$ Fee
1. you may NOT copy my design to re-sell without my permission or without personally contacting me beforehand!
If any violation of these terms you will be subject to a fine or pay the price for commercial use rights since the image is subject to copyright and still property of BrushedByMari Designs. Copyright is a legal right that seeks to protect original works of authorship (example: books, music, film, art, canvas)*
