Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We're excited to get your order to you as quickly as and safely as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about the shipping process.
Processing Time
Due to high demand, orders are typically processed within 10 business days unless otherwise stated in the specific product description.
(Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.)
Once your order is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Delays
while we strive to ensure all shipments are delivered on time, please note that unforeseen delays may occur, especially during peak seasons due to external factors that are out of our control like weather, or customs processing. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping: After you have received a tracking number USPS delivery to you can take up to 1-5 days depending on your state. Tracking information is sent via email or text message once your order has shipped.
Shipping Disclaimer: Once your order has left our warehouse, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. All of our labels are insured, you can contact your local USPS to file a claim with them.
Refunds: We do not offer any refunds or exchanges. If an item items damaged please contact us within 1-2 days with picture proof so we can exchange the item. Everything is final sale!
Shipping Addresses: Double check that your shipping address is correct before placing order. If an order gets returned due to an incorrect address our reshipping fee is $5. Fee needs to be sent for your order to get shipping out again.

Missing or Lost Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time or appears to be lost, please contact us within 3 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll do our best to assist you in locating your package.
Chargebacks filed while an order is in production will be contested with evidence and permanently restrict future purchases.
