Due to high demand, orders are typically processed within 8 business days

(Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.)

Once your order is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Delays

while we strive to ensure all shipments are delivered on time, please note that unforeseen delays may occur, especially during peak seasons due to external factors that are out of our control like weather, or customs processing. We appreciate your patience.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address details. We also do not offer refunds, please double check all your information is correct. If you do have an address error, and we have NOT shipped your item yet, you can email us at sparklesglowshop@gmail.com and we can immediately assist you on that!

Missing or Lost Packages

If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time or appears to be lost, please contact us within 3 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll do our best to assist you in locating your package.
