ADRESS CHANGES - YES! We are able to change your delivery address if needed, (moving situations or missing information.) ADRESS CHANGES CAN ONLY BE DONE BEFORE YOUR ORDER IS FULFILLED-

If you have questions or concerns about delays in the shipping process once the item is in the possession of the USPS or UPS, please contact USPS/UPS and inquire.

Once orders are shipped, we have no control over the process and cannot answer questions about delays, returned, lost, or miss sent packages. Tracking updates on the USPS or UPS website can take up to 1-3 days once shipped.

brushedbymari is not responsible for any delays by the post office, or stolen packages. Once the post office has packages it is out of our control at that point , its at the hands of USPS OR UPS
